Lens Accessory: ARRI Full
Spectrum ND External Filter

RRI has created their own Full Spectrum ND
External Filters in 6.6 x 6.6ins and 4 x 5.65ins.
The optical quality, Schott B270i glass is polished
completely flat on both sides. This plane parallelism
is especially important when using a wide-open
telephoto lens, as areas of the focal plane can
become soft.
The filter edges, which are coloured black to
prevent light scattering, are perfectly c-shaped to
reduce glass chipping and make for easier and safer
mounting.
Close to the filter's edge, the glass surface has an
engraved unique Direct Product Marking (DPM) GS1
bar code.
ARRI claims 0.2% reflectivity, and the ARRI
FSND Filters have multiple layers of ND coating,
anti-reflective (AR) coating, hydrophobic coating,
oleophobic coating, as well as a final "hard" coating
have been applied to both sides of the filter.

The pouches provided with each ARRI Filter have
an outer fabric of durable and water-resistant
CORDURA® while the inner lining is made of a

B&S Lighting of Denmark has introduced a new
LED Remote phosphor fixture, the Pipeline OneFoot 4-Bank.
This conveniently sized panel light utilizes four,

one-foot Remote Phosphor Pipes mounted in
individual intensifiers to produce up to 4000 lumens
of output at a uniform 98 TLCI, while drawing just
40Watts. Just the thing for small studios and field

cleans the surface of the filter every time it's taken

The compact One-Foot 4-Bank fixture weighs only
3lbs and measures 12 x 8 x 1.5ins (L x H x D. With
90-degree light dispersion, this problem solver
can be mounted flush against a wall or ceiling via
the included yoke and TVMP mount, or hung with a
variety of optional hardware accessories.
The optional BB&S 48V four-way Controller with
DMX, (four individually controlled 40W channels)
provides smooth, flicker-free dimming all the way to
zero.
The fixture enjoys the advantages of remote
phosphor LED technology to produce more vivid
color generation at 98 TLCI without color shift
and also prevents heat
degradation over time.

Hardware: DNF ST600 IP Control

NF Controls' ST600-KIPRO, an
Ethernet-based, tactile control
panel, delivers full-featured IP-based
functionality to the newest Ki Pro,
just as it does for all the other models
in the series.
The Ki Pro Ultra Plus enables
simultaneous 1, 2, 3 or 4-channel HD
recording up to 1080 50/60p, 4K and
UHD play and record support, and
full HDMI 2.0 (up to 12-bit capture
and output).
It supports all the latest pathways
to connectivity, including 3G-SDI,
fiber and HDMI 2.0, as well as large
raster high-frame rate workflows,
including 4K 60p.

DNF's ST600-KPRO supports
up to four AJA units with full
IP control over Record, Play,
Stop, Rewind, Fast Forward,
and Jog. It can create, name
and record clips; mark and
recall cue points; as well as
view, select, load and play
from a user-specified timecode
location.
Both the Ki Pro Ultra Plus
and the ST600-KIPRO are
